Mini Refrigerator

Last year, I’ve received a NuCool mini refrigerator so I can preserve more food and make it last longer. But when I check to see that my food is okay, it turns out that it spoiled, even if I put it on cool. How is this refrigerator suppose to work?

I currently have an extra refrigerator being used in my basement. I’m thinking about getting rid of it and using two mini refrigerators in the two basement rooms that are actually used instead of using just the big one, which is practically empty at all times. Would it be more energy efficient to use the two mini ones or the one normal sized one.

I dont see anything wrong with it but people told me its bad.

It’s a sports theme, I like the Yankees, the Steelers, and Penn State. I already have a dartboard, a flat screen tv, and a mini-refrigerator. I want to make it a really nice mancave, what should I buy to improve it?

My refrigerator recently broke down so I am using a mini refrigerator to store all of my important food (milk, juices, etc.) I don’t have any room to store the pizza so I needed to know if it is okay if I keep in outside (covered up of course) or in the microwave without having to worry about it getting spoiled or dangerous (food poisoning) to eat. I don’t want to throw it out but I am not very hungry right now and would like to eat it latter.Thanks for all responses in advance.

or freezer for 5 days, is it still safe to eat?

i’ve had this fridge since i was in the 7th grade and now i’m a freshmen college student, so i’ve had it for 6-7 years possibly? and it stopped working over night? i didn’t do anything, and it was working for about a month and a half since i’ve had it here in my dorm. now it doesn’t work at all doesn’t even get cold. it makes a clicking noise idk why? just everyonce in a while like if it is being turned on or off if dats how u describe it? what is wrong w/ it? is it just old and not working? or is something not working?

I have a Frigidiare mini fridge (about 4.4 cu.ft.) that all of a sudden stopped getting cold. The outlet that I had plugged it into just before it went bad, I later discovered was reverse polarity. I’ve taken out the start device and overload protector and tested them with an ohm meter, and both seem to be in operable range…0 Ohms for the start device and 60 Ohms for the overload.

I had the fridge running while I was doing some drywall work, but I think that I was able to fully clean out the coils. If there is a hidden area where the coils are located (other than inside the freezer) information on that would be great!

I’m out of ideas….please help!!!

I just tested the thermostat, and it seems to be operating in the normal ranges as well…

any other ideas?

I was once the lady who loathed everything about the mini-van…the mere sight of them disgusted me. I guess I always thought I would stick in there with an SUV. We are thinking about trading in my car and vans have been looking mighty tempting. The automatic doors and lift-gates, the optional entertainment center and refrigerator, the pop-down reverse mirror for spying on the passengers.

Would or when did you make the oh-so-tragic switch to minivan?

It’s a Van but in side you can fold down the far back seats and make a bed, some times two, and in the middle it has a long seat with a table bolted to the floor ??? I am trying to find one on line but I don’t know the exact name so it’s hard. Also sometimes these vans come with outlets so you can plug stuff in such as a mini refrigerator.

By name I mean…some Vans are Wheel Chair Vans, some are Mini Vans… exc.

So I just got a Nu Cool Mini Refrigerator and I plug it in and after a little while it starts to make loud noises, loud humming and a loud white noise type of thing. I keep unplugging and plugging it back in because I heard that helps, but it just keeps making noises after a while. Advice on how to fix it?

I would like to put a mini refrigerator in my room to store my beer but as I’ve looked around electrical stores and whatnot I haven’t really found a refrigerator of appropriate size, they’re all somewhat too large and I don’t particularly need something that big as I won’t need a freezer or a fruit compartment or whatnot so in the mean time what are some good alternatives I could make or something into a mini fridge to stash all my beer until I find a proper refrigerator of appropriate size?

Yesterday at work, a colleague’s daughter asked if she could put her breast milk in my mini fridge(she recently gave birth). I said sure, but I couldn’t guarantee that I wouldn’t drink some of it later. When she came in to put it in the fridge, we then had a nice conversation about how using a breast pump can help burn calories. That’s probably the strangest thing I’ve had in my fridge thus far. Jeffrey Dahmer still has me beat though.

Ok I brought a mini refrigerator from there (walmart) last month. Out of nowhere it stops working. Now i want my money back I dont want a refund or store credit or anything i just want my 200.00 back. Only problem is i dont have the box. I have the receipt, but just not the box. Will they still take it back

I’m off to college in September and I’m a little worried of what I’ll be able to eat there. I’ll have a mini refrigerator but no stove/oven/microwave to work with (and they don’t allow students to bring them).

I’m doing my first microbial experiment and I am using a strain of E. Coli. I’m a little scared to refrigerate the bacteria with food so I am using a mini refrigerator. I’m not sure how cold it actually gets. Does it have to be very cold or is close to room temperature ok? Are there any concerns I should have when refrigerating the bacteria?

i bought a mini refrigerator and milk leaked in the fridge. i cleaned it up after that….months later i seen baby roaches in my fridge and in my room i used the raid fogger and it still not working. So i wanted to know do boric acid really work????
